Confidentiality Agreement for Ezye Commerce

This Confidentiality Agreement outlines how Ezye Commerce handles sensitive information exchanged with clients, partners, and vendors, and the requirements for non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Handling of Sensitive Information
Ezye Commerce is committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information exchanged with clients, partners, and vendors. The following measures are in place:
- a. Information Protection: All sensitive information, including personal data, financial details, and proprietary business information, is handled with the utmost care and is protected using appropriate security measures, such as encryption, secure storage, and restricted access.
